THE PROJECTION
This ministry shall be known as NEW LIFE CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIPS INTERNATIONAL and shall establish similar ministries throughout the country and around the world which shall be known as New Life Christian Fellowship of that country, territory, region, state, city, or community.
Leadership in New Life Christian Fellowships International will be vested in the Organizing Pastor who will be responsible for helping and assisting the various national and international ministries of this ministry to fulfill the purpose and vision of New Life Christian Fellowships International on a local, national, and international level.
The Organizing Pastor will have Executive Assistants representing and assisting him on the local, nationla, and international level.
The Organizing Pastor will preside over and give leadership to the Elders Council of New Life Christian Fellowships International. They will work together as a team and will be mutually accountable to one another.
The Parent Church will be located in "The Valley" of Miracopa County, Arizona. Although the official name is New Life Christian Fellowships International the ministry will be called and known as NEW LIFE.
New Life Christian Fellowships throughout the country and around the world will have the goal of establishing six satellite ministries. Each satellite ministry will have a goal of becoming a New Life Christian Fellowship with six satellite ministries withing seven years.
Criteria will be established for some Cell Group Leaders to become part-time and full-time staff members in order to facilitate the continued growth and development of this ministry.
The Organizing Pastor of The Parent Church will also be the initial Executive Pastor of New Life Christian Fellowships International.
After consulting with others and prayerful deliberation, The Organizing Pastor may appoint or recommend persons to serve as Senior Pastor of The Parent Church and as Executive Pastor of New Life Christian Fellowships International. Appointments will be confirmed by the Elders Council and by the Cell Group Leaders of The Parent Church.
